Marketing

We will discuss our successful marketing strategy with you. This will include:

• External/internal photographs (in colour) of your lease particulars
• Cross reference to our corporate relocation clients
• Viewers arranged and accompanied by a member of staff
• Fast circulation of your property details to applicants already on our mailing list and immediately to new applicants registering with us
• Website & Press Advertising – your property details and photo are included on website and therefore available for viewing by anyone, worldwide, 24 hours a day

We provide an ‘out of hours ‘ service and if we hold the keys to your property, we will accompany any prospective tenants for viewing. Once the offer is accepted by you, subject to contract, we will keep you fully updated on all the details of the transaction.

Property Management

Our service continues with effective administration, therefore our full service takes care of every aspect of the property leasing including:

• Negotiating the terms and conditions of any Lease Agreement
• Collection of rent & remittance to your bank account
• Finalisation & settlement of utility accounts
• Settlement of insurance premiums
• Liaison with Bank/Building Society for permission to lease the property
• Regular routine inspections
• Inventory preparation
• Organising repairs

Tenant Finding

We also offer a ‘Tenant Finding only’ service for those landlords who choose to remain actively involved with their property.
