Security ServicesOur core business is to provide fully trained, uniformed Security Officer(s) for offices, commercial and industrial sites. Before commencing any service, we write comprehensive Assignment Instructions agreed by the customer and our Company. On commencing the contract we will ensure that adequately qualified Security Officer(s) are on the site ready for site training with our Manager in accordance with the agreed Assignment and instructions. What We ProvideStatic GuardingWe provide fully trained, uniformed Security Officer(s) for the office, commercial and industrial sites. These uniformed security guards are based on a site where they patrol and establish their presence to serve as deterrents to shoplifters or intruders. Retail GuardsOur Guards are diligent and courteous. They are extremely conscious of their surroundings and can easily spot shoplifters. If the Guard witnesses a theft, he or she shall apprehend the person in accordance with Assignment and shall contact the unit manager or the person in charge and instruct them of what is going on. Then he or she shall, with help of the manager/person in charge, apprehend the person once they are out of the premises. Our Security Guards will not stop a shoplifter unless they have witnessed the act. Store DetectivesAt HB Enterprises (Scotland) Ltd we use the highest standard of Plain Clothes Store Detectives. We believe this is a good way of ascertaining who is an active shoplifter and also helps keep an eye on who is actively involved in shoplifting. Our Detectives work closely with the uniformed Guards or the unit manager or person in charge. Mobile PatrolsOur mobile patrols conduct a full detailed round of inspection and lock up of your premises upon close of business. Visits to and inspections of your premises can be carried out at agreed frequencies but with varied intervals to counter criminal observations. Key HoldingThis service works in conjunction with our Mobile Patrols. There is no need for a member of your staff to be called out in the early hours, when the alarm company could alert HB Enterprises Scotland Ltd. We have a 24-hour manned control base to see your needs. In-House Keep Fit Self Defence TrainingWe provide in-house self defence training classes to all our staff members and these classes are also open to the public. Our classes run every Tuesday from 19:00 to 20:30 at Sunnybank Primary and Community Office, Sunnybank Road. In charge is Mr Birjandi who is also a black belt and proven teacher of martial arts with over 26 years of experience in the discipline of Zhaun Shu Kuan (Kung Fu Chinese Martial Art). In the past, he has taught the art of self-defence to many people from all walks of life and occupations, including off-duty police officers. |
